Approach
Our work involves three simple steps. Frist, we investigate. We spend time getting to know you and your team through a combination of face time and diagnostic assessments. Next, we educate; We leverage our “findings” to propose a customized program or series of facilitations that meet your unique needs. Finally, we perpetuate. Post-education, we design a support plan that ensures our work “sticks” and sustains impact.
Offerings
LEADERSHIP COACHING
Our leadership development program is an “inside out” approach that helps managers and leaders identify the “inside” beliefs and behaviors that may be hindering external success. We employ the Leadership Circle Profile 360 assessment to identify high-impact growth areas and form a meaningful, results-oriented development plan.
FACILITATION
Amy and Faith delight in helping leadership and functional teams work through any myriad of issues that may be hindering team trust and performance – from interpersonal issues, to a lack of vision, alignment, or a strategic plan. Through a variety of techniques, our work results in creating shared understanding, language and norms, from which teams can do their best and most efficient work.
WORKSHOPS
We specialize in creating fun, interactive, multisensory programs to that teach basic “people skills.”
COURAGEOUS CONVERSATIONS
Healthy disagreement is important in any company, but few people have the skills to say what they need to say in a way that preserves the relationship AND accomplishes the task at hand. This class helps participants understand why difficult conversations are hard, and offers skills and strategies to have them in the most productive, easeful way.
EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE (EQ)
Emotional Intelligence is a greater predictor of success at work than IQ, and up to 70% responsible for job success. Knowing how to navigate the emotional complexities of yourself and others is an essential building block for interpersonally adept managers, leaders and teams. This class teaches how to recognize and manage personal triggers, and how to best interact with others, in service of building cohesion and high-trust in your team, company, and beyond.
MASTERING YOUR MIND: LIMBIC REPROGRAMMING
Strengthen your stress resilience by taking EQ a step further. Understand how to literally reprogram your response to stress with powerful, research-based practices. Learn how to increase “happy chemicals” through healthy habits that will help offset the inevitable ups and downs of life and work.
MINDFULNESS: TRAINING YOUR MIND FOR FOCUS AND WELL BEING
Mindfulness – paying attention to what’s happening in the present moment, non-judgmentally – is a cornerstone for emotional intelligence, as well as limbic reprogramming. Mindfulness offers many benefits including greater focus, productivity, stress-reduction, relational fluency, heightened intuition, and greater feelings of well-being and optimism. It is no wonder that by the end of 2018, 40% of US companies will offer mindfulness programs to their employees.
